Alameda Backyard Retreat

The Alameda Backyard Retreat consisted of a full garage conversion, a covered back porch and complete landscape overhaul.

The backyard living space was redesigned with a covered deck and refurbished patio for dining and lounging during hot and wet months. The existing garage was renovated into a sauna complete with a changing room and outdoor shower.

Extensive areas of lawn were eliminated and gardens around the property were expanded and reorganized with a focus on native and drought tolerant plants to minimize maintenance and water use.
